Caper Mishap!

Today is Monday, which means that I'm posting at the Kitchen Party, complete with a photo of an accident with capers. Whoops.

And here is The Baby with a picture of a mouse because it is, she has announced, Mouse Day.

One should celebrate Mouse Day by cleaning one's playroom. ICK ICK ICK ICK.

Too cute. We seem to be very focused on mice around here today as well--though mostly because I have several drawings I need to do that include mice.:)

She's a great artist! Better mouse than I could draw!

Yet another reason to NOT clean my playroom.

The only cute mouse is a dead one...and the one The Baby drew. Shes very good.

Well, of course it's mouse day. We are so uninformed here.

.....and tomorrow is backwards Tuesday(see Calvin & Hobbs cartoons-Where upon scoring in Calvin-ball, Hobbs the stuffed Tiger may wind up having to stick his bottom in the abandoned army helmet & sing the "I'm sorry" song)

Not as good or wholesome as Frog & Toad(a staple at our house), but amusing none the less

OH, HAPPY DAY!

Have a very good mouse day. BTW, it's not so great to have a cat with mice, so not fun to find the dead mouse the cat found first. Yuck.

Mice? In the play room? No worries... the cats catch them, then the snakes eat them ;-) You would probably not like the interior of my home :-p

There was a dead squished mouse on my driveway yesterday. I told my husband that now we must move because, ewwwwwwwww. I hadn't seen one here, ever. And now that is ruined forever.

I remember when you found that mouse. Yuck!

Cute mouse. I'm pretty sure our playroom is mouse free - it's too cold in there for anything that small to survive for more than five minutes.

Yes, let's keep those mice on paper! The Baby is quite the artist!

I read the capers post. What a hoot! What one wouldn't give for an Omega 13 (Galaxy Quest geek reference) to turn back the clock 13 seconds. Just 13 seconds would do it.

Happy Mouse Day!
